COSTUME DISTRIBUTION
PLEASE NOTE:
If you have purchased a costume from someone and it has not been transferred to you on our system OR you are collecting a costume for someone, please ensure that you walk with:
1. A letter signed by the costume owner authorizing you to collect.
2. A copy of costume owner's picture ID.
Costumes will NOT be released to persons without these documents.
TRIBE's Mas Camp will be closed for costume transactions from
Monday 1st February - Saturday 13th February to facilitate Costume Distribution at Cascadia Hotel.

Costume Registration is CLOSED.
All costumes for our 2010 presentation are SOLD OUT.
We would like to sincerely thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing you on the road.
IMPORTANT
Carnival costumes are custom-made items therefore please be advised that once registration is complete there will be:
• NO exchange or switching of sections.
• NO refund of deposit.
• NO changing of measurements or sizes
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Further Payments
Payment Deadlines: Online & In-house: 5pm Fri 22nd Jan 2010
After this date, final payments can be made at our costume collection centre, Cascadia Hotel & Conference Centre.
To make a secure online credit card payment:
1. Click on "My Account" on the menu bar
2. Enter your username and password or 4 digit TLC code
3. Click "Add Payment" (Bottom right corner of page)
4. Complete all "Required Fields*"
5. Enter "Payment Amount" in TT$
6. Verify all information entered
7. Click "Make Secure Payment"
8. Print page for your records
Please note that, while the amount entered is in TT$, all credit card payments are transacted in US$. The conversion amount will be determined by your bank or credit card provider at the time of billing. This amount will be reflected on your credit card statement.
COSTUME DELIVERY
Tribe Loyalty Cards (TLC)
In 2006 we introduced the Tribe Loyalty Card (TLC) programme that recognizes and rewards our loyal masqueraders.
We are currently in the process of improving the TLC system so that greater benefits may be derived. In light of this, we will NOT be issuing any new TLC codes/cards this year. All Tribe Loyalty Cards and/or codes previously issued will remain valid.
It has been brought to our attention that the TLC privilege is being abused by those who “rent” and “sell” their TLC codes. We would like to reiterate that this practice is in violation of the TLC terms and conditions, and as a result any TLC used in this manner will be CANCELLED.
Please note that TLCs are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

IMPORTANT
Be Wary of Fraudulent Activity
It has come to our attention that there are persons who are falsely purporting themselves to be representatives of TRIBE. These persons may claim to be either members of the TRIBE Committee or friends of the Committee and/or TRIBE management and seek to collect monies with the promise to register masqueraders in the band.
Please be advised that the ONLY persons who are authorized to collect monies for registration are the TRIBE Mas Camp/office, Committee members and TRIBE Management. TRIBE shall not be held responsible or accountable for monies not directly submitted via these channels.
Please feel free to contact our office to make any enquiries or to report suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.

It has been brought to our attention that persons and groups in London, NY, Washington DC, Miami and some other countries have been using our name and images on invitations and other forms of advertising material, and have been FALSELY AND FRAUDULENTLY advertising events and activities as being TRIBE associated.
Our only affiliates outside of Trinidad and Tobago are TRIBE Toronto, UK TRIBE (London), BASEMENT KNOK'ERS ENT.(Washington DC), TRIBE AUSTRALIA, SPIN D MUSIC (Australia), ShorBlu Events (Manhattan, NYC) and BOOM (Jamaica).
